Based in Sydney, you will translate strategic priorities into practical programs across performance, leadership and learning, partnering with the People & Culture team and senior leaders to deliver measurable improvements. You will lead end-to-end capability initiatives, shape onboarding experiences, and explore contemporary learning solutions with a

Qualifications

Experience across organisational development, capability, learning and performance.
Proven success delivering organisation-wide change from concept to implementation.
Understanding of performance management and leadership development.
Experience designing engaging learning experiences that drive behavioural change.
Strong consulting, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

Translate L&D priorities into practical initiatives that raise capability.
Lead a portfolio of programs across performance, leadership, talent and learning.
Work with People and Culture, senior leaders and external providers to deliver outcomes.
