Job summary

Workskil Australia is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its national recruitment function. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will set the strategic direction for talent acquisition, lead a small team of consultants and partner with leaders to turn workforce needs into proactive attraction, sourcing and talent pipeline strategies.

• Experience leading recruitment teams and functions.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment consulting models.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels with clear recommendations.
• Knowledge of inclusive recruitment and labour market insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the national talent acquisition function and set strategy.
• Coach and develop Talent Acquisition Consultants to partner with leaders.
• Embed recruitment consulting models and measure effectiveness.
• Translate workforce needs into sourcing and pipeline strategies.
• Provide labour market insights to inform planning and reporting.
• Oversee governance, standards and compliant practices across recruitment.
• Deliver reporting and insights to senior leaders and improve candidate experience.
