Job summary

The Northern Land Council is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to provide strategic leadership and governance oversight of learning, capability and workforce development across the organisation. You will lead implementation of the L&D Strategy, align learning investment with priorities and ensure compliance while reporting to the General Manager Corporate Services.

• Experience overseeing organisation-wide learning strategy and capability frameworks.
• Experience with learning systems, provider arrangements and compliance learning.
• Ability to lead managers and senior specialists and influence executive stakeholders.
• Strong financial and governance oversight; culturally appropriate leadership in Aboriginal organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning and Development Service Area (L&D Operations, L&D Strategy and Systems).
