JD Security in Sydney is seeking an experienced Account Manager to strengthen relationships with existing customers and drive long-term partnerships. You’ll focus on expanding our footprint within accounts through renewals, maintenance agreements and additional product and service offerings, working closely with internal project and service teams to ensure seamless delivery.

The role requires proven account management experience, excellent communication, and a strategic mindset to grow revenue

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Account Management and sales within the electronic security industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with assigned customers, positioning JD Security as their long-term security partner.
• Develop account plans focused on retention, customer satisfaction and growth across products and services.
• Lead customer site walks and needs assessments, and prepare timely, competitive quotes and tenders.
• Drive revenue growth within existing accounts, converting single-solution customers into multi-solution partners.
• Take ownership of contract renewals and lifecycle management, ensuring proactive engagement well ahead of expiry dates.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers.
• Provide regular reporting on pipeline status, sales activity and customer satisfaction.
