You will onboard customers with the internal team, develop growth plans, and ensure delivery against budgets while collaborating with stakeholders for contract retention across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted sales and trading margin contribution targets.
• Monitor sales by product group to identify opportunities.
• Develop strategies to advance organic growth.
• Onboard customers to secure first orders with internal account management team.
• Strategic plans for contract retention with key stakeholders.
• Meet regularly with management to discuss contracts, opportunities and territory activity.
• Understand reporting needs and proficiency.
• Liaise with Group Sales Manager to prepare an annual budget by client.
