You will cultivate and sustain a robust pipeline by generating qualified leads and nurturing prospects through targeted communications, connecting potential customers with our field sales and marketing teams for a cohesive process.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate outbound communications including calls and emails to cultivate new business leads through research and marketing coordination.
• Follow up on website inquiries, marketing campaigns, trade events, and promotional activities in a timely, professional manner.
• Reconnect with dormant or previous customers to identify renewed opportunities for engagement and revenue growth.
• Oversee the rental process from quotation through to contract closure by handling inbound customer queries and transactions.
• Provide expert advice on equipment specifications, pricing, availability, and complementary solutions to meet customer needs.
• Identify and develop cross-selling and upselling prospects via account-based selling strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records documenting lead progress and sales outcomes for performance tracking.
• Monitor lead activities and contribute to achieving individual and team KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful sales outcomes.
