Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join the APAC region in Sydney. You will work in direct 1:1 partnership with an Account Executive, owning a defined set of target accounts within a focused GTM strategy to open doors with the right messages at the right time.

You will research target organisations, understand their business context, and initiate thoughtful outbound outreach across phone, email, and social channels while developing a strong understanding of MRI’s

Qualifications

• 12+ months experience in B2B sales, SDR, inside sales or related commercial role.
• Strong written and spoken business English.
• Confident when speaking with professionals at different levels of seniority.
• Experience using CRM and modern sales tools and the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own 1:1 alignment with an Account Executive and prospect defined target accounts.
• Research target organisations, map stakeholders, and understand business context before outreach.
• Execute outbound activity (calls, email, LinkedIn) aligned to account plans.
• Qualify prospects using a structured framework and prepare standardized handoff briefs.
• Maintain clean CRM records and collaborate across Sales, Marketing and Leadership.
