MRI Software is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Development Representative to join the AUNZ commercial team in Sydney. You will work 1:1 with an Account Executive to open doors into defined target accounts with tailored messaging across phone, email and social channels.

You will research target organisations, understand business context, and initiate outbound outreach while building a strong understanding of MRI's solutions and value.

Formación

• 12 months+ experience in B2B sales, SDR, inside sales or related role.
• Strong written and spoken business English.
• Confident communicating with professionals at different levels of seniority.
• Experience using a CRM and modern sales tools.
• High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to follow-up and process.

Responsabilidades

• Own 1:1 alignment with an Account Executive and target defined strategic accounts.
• Research target organisations, map stakeholders, and understand business context and pain points.
• Execute outbound activity across calls, email, LinkedIn aligned to account plans.
• Qualify leads with a structured framework, assess pain, fit, urgency, and budget.
• Maintain clean CRM records and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Leadership.
