Job summary

MRI Software is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our AUNZ commercial team. You will partner directly with an Account Executive, owning a defined set of target accounts and driving outbound outreach across phone, email and social channels.

You will research targets, map stakeholders, and develop a strong understanding of MRI’s solutions to articulate value and progress opportunities into discovery meetings and qualified pipeline.

Qualifications

• 12+ months in B2B sales or SDR/inside sales roles.
• Strong written and spoken business English.
• Experience using a CRM and modern sales tools.
• Ability to map stakeholders and target accounts.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with an Account Executive to target defined strategic accounts.
• Research target organisations and map stakeholders before outreach.
• Execute multi-thread outbound across calls, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects using a structured framework and prepare handoff briefs.
• Own show-rate: manage sequences, calendar logistics and follow-ups.
• Build market understanding of AUNZ real estate/PropTech landscape.
• Maintain clean CRM records and align with GTM priorities.
• Share learnings and winning sequences with SDR team.
