Job summary

MRI Software in Sydney is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our AUNZ commercial team, working 1:1 with an Account Executive to own a set of target accounts and execute strategic outbound outreach.

You will research target organisations, map stakeholders, and engage across calls, emails, and LinkedIn, developing a solid understanding of MRI’s real estate tech solutions.

Qualifications

• 12 months’+ experience in B2B sales or SDR roles.
• Strong written and spoken business English.
• Ability to prospect, qualify, and schedule discovery meetings.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Account-aligned prospecting and outreach with an Account Executive.
• Research target organisations and map stakeholders before outreach.
• Execute outbound activity across calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads using a structured framework and hand off to AE.
• Maintain clean CRM records and report on pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and leadership to align GTM priorities.
• Own personal development and share learnings with the team.
