Job summary

Kattsafe is seeking a highly organised Sales Support Coordinator to join our NSW team. This role provides a vital operational link between our Sales team and customers, ensuring a seamless journey from quote to delivery.

You will handle onboarding, quotes, CRM data integrity and cross-functional coordination to enable sales growth and exceptional service. You will contribute to day-to-day administration, support regional offices, and help manage pricing, documentation and orders while

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Understanding of the sales process from enquiry to delivery.
Ability to identify and elevate sales opportunities or customer issues.
Experience with order management systems and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

Coordinate new customer setup and onboarding processes (Academy, Training, Builda and pricing).
Prepare accurate customer and project quotes in line with guidelines.
Manage CRM data integrity, including order tracking, reporting and updates.
Create and maintain CRM deals from daily quote opportunities.
Capture project deal information against sales orders for reporting.
Coordinate Lead Pass-On (LPO) documentation between Sales and customers.
Enter and coordinate large quotes for estimating (Goodman/Frasers projects).
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team.
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and in person.
Assist with regional office consumables ordering and wellbeing support.
