Job summary

Stone Recruitment is seeking a Sales Support & Planning Coordinator for their Sydney CBD team. This permanent full-time role combines sales support, reporting, order management and planning, with five days on-site in the CBD office.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will help keep sales operations running smoothly and assist with developing processes and reporting as the business grows. This is a varied role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, order management, administration or a similar coordination role.
• Exposure to machinery, equipment, automotive or distribution environments is beneficial but not essential.
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with quotations, order processing, invoicing and account settlements.
• Liaise with dealers, customers and finance providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and payments.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards and KPI updates to support business decisions.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales and order information across CRM and ERP systems.
• Assist with sales forecasting, demand planning and stock availability reporting.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries and resolve issues with sales, finance and logistics teams.
• Monitor sales performance, identify trends and support process improvements.
• Provide general sales operations and administrative support as required.
