Job summary

Kattsafe in Melbourne is seeking a Dispatch Customer Service Coordinator to manage customer enquiries, orders, dispatch and delivery from receipt to final delivery.

• Work closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse and Transport teams to meet customer commitments.
• Resolve customer enquiries and coordinate solutions to minimise delays and disruptions.
• Process customer orders, dispatch documentation and freight information within company systems.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a high level of attention to detail.
• Contribute ideas that improve customer service and internal processes.

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Dispatch Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating multiple priorities, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

Reporting to the Logistics Manager and dotted line to the Customer Service Lead, you will be the key point of contact for customers, coordinating orders, dispatch activities and deliveries from start to finish. Working closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse and Transport teams, you will help ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement through to delivery.

• Previous experience in customer service, trade specialist, account coordination or a similar customer-facing role.

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience within manufacturing, logistics, warehousing or freight operations will be highly regarded.
