Kattsafe in Luscombe, QLD, is seeking a Regional Logistics Coordinator to manage order processing from receipt to delivery and coordinate freight movements to ensure on-time, in-full fulfillment. You will work closely with Customer Service, Sales, Production and Warehouse teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Experience in logistics, customer service, admin, warehousing, or manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.
• ERP or order management system experience; Infor valued.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders accurately using the ERP system.
• Manage and monitor the regional order inbox.
• Verify order details: product codes, quantities, pricing, delivery requirements.
• Coordinate and follow up freight movements to ensure on-time delivery.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in-person interactions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to regional operations teams.
• Order and manage office and warehouse consumables.
• Support People, Safety and Quality initiatives across the regional site.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Provide phone support and team assistance as required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within business systems.

Kattsafe is seeking a highly organised, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Regional Logistics Coordinator to join our QLD team based in Luscombe.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth flow of customer orders from receipt through to delivery. Acting as a key link between Customer Service, Sales, Production and Warehouse teams, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting efficient day-to-day logistics operations.

About the Role

The Regional Logistics Coordinator is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, managing order workflows, coordinating freight activities, and supporting regional operations to ensure products are delivered on time and in full.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments while maintaining a strong customer focus and ensuring high levels of accuracy in all transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our ERP system.

Manage and monitor the regional order inbox.

Verify order details, including product codes, quantities, pricing and delivery requirements.

Coordinate and follow up freight movements to ensure on-time delivery.

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.

Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Provide administrative support to regional operations teams.

Order and manage office and warehouse consumables.

Support People, Safety and Quality initiatives across the regional site.

Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

Provide phone support and team assistance as required.

Maintain accurate records and documentation within business systems.

About You

Previous experience in logistics, customer service, administration, warehousing, manufacturing, or a similar operational environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience using ERP or order management systems (Infor experience highly regarded).
