You will ensure accurate data flow, pricing integrity and timely reporting to enable Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers and State Managers to focus on driving commercial performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales administration.
• Strong ERP system experience (SAP preferred).
• CRM system experience is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end sales administration support across systems, pricing, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain real-time transactional sales data and oversee regional pricing master data integrity.
• Support price increase processes, analyse product margins and discounts, and approve quotations within delegation authority.
• Drive continuous improvement of system processes, compliance, and pricing models.
• Deliver weekly wrap-ups of daily orders, monthly reporting and analysis, post-delivery summaries, lab billing administration, and billing investigations.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with TSMs, SMs, State Managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Proactively communicate insights, issues, and required actions to key stakeholders.
• Provide sales system training (1:1 and small group) as required.
• Ensure compliance with OHS/WHS legislation, IRMS requirements, and support the company's Zero Harm philosophy.
