Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Revenue Suite Account Executive (Existing Business) in Sydney. You will drive growth by expanding existing Stripe customers, leading strategic discussions, and collaborating with core sales, marketing, product marketing, and product teams to advance our go-to-market strategy.

You will engage in in-depth product conversations, own complex negotiations, and synthesize customer feedback to influence Stripe's roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales or prospecting experience at a technology company.
• Own a direct sales quota with a track record of closing new business.
• Build collaborative relationships with business partners.
• Thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment.
• Self-starter capable of driving business results with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations with bespoke commercial agreements.
• Understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience selling financial services or similar software.
• Experience in selling billing solutions.
• Proven ability to sell in a fast-paced environment.

• Drive revenue to achieve targets.
• Lead sales and upsell conversations for Stripe with existing and prospective customers.
• Drive strategic thought leadership within the assigned territory to ensure user success and revenue growth.
• Understand the sales process and competitors for Stripe.
• Serve as an internal and customer-facing Stripe expert for specialised products.
• Synthesize and relay customer feedback to inform Stripe's product roadmap.
• Engage with Product, Marketing, and User Operations teams to amplify growth trajectory.
