Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to manage a named portfolio of ANZ enterprise customers from Sydney. You will drive growth by increasing payment volume, expanding Stripe’s footprint across business units, and building long-term relationships with senior leaders.

You will create and execute account strategies, engage executive and technical stakeholders, and lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Post-Sales to deliver scalable value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales experience, with enterprise exposure and a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Experience growing and expanding upper-middle-market or enterprise relationships within a portfolio.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans across large organisations with multiple units/stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to negotiation and growth.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own a named portfolio of existing enterprise customers and grow Stripe’s revenue, product adoption, and market share.
• Identify, create, and progress expansion opportunities across business units, subsidiaries, geographies, and product lines.
• Build and execute outbound strategies within existing accounts to develop executive relationships and opportunities.
• Lead the full expansion sales cycle from discovery through activation and go-live to continued growth.
• Understand customers’ challenges and position Stripe’s core platform as solutions with business value.
