Job summary

Optus is seeking a Reporting Specialist to join its Network Delivery Office (NDO). The role focuses on designing and delivering end-to-end program reporting frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards, with a strong emphasis on executive visibility and cross-domain consolidation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project reporting, project controls, or a PMO.
• Experience supporting large-scale, complex programs or portfolios.
• Strong track record of executive-level reporting and presenting to senior leadership.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end program reporting frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards across the portfolio.
• Produce high-quality, accurate, and timely executive reports including weekly status packs, monthly reviews, steering committee materials and board summaries.
• Lead the design and delivery of integrated, cross-domain program reports providing a holistic view of performance across workstreams and disciplines.
• Collaborate with domain leads and SMEs to translate requirements into unified narratives for senior audiences.
• Tailor reports for audiences from detailed dashboards to concise executive summaries and steering packs.
