Job summary

Optus is seeking a Reporting Specialist to join our Network Delivery Office in Australia. You will design end-to-end reporting frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards, and produce executive reports for weekly packs, monthly reviews, and board-level summaries.

You will lead integrated cross-domain reports, collaborating with domain leads to translate requirements into concise narratives for senior audiences, delivering tailored dashboards for varied stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program or project reporting, controls, or PMO environment.
• Experience supporting large-scale, complex programs or portfolios.
• Proven track record producing executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end reporting frameworks, dashboards and scorecards.
• Produce executive reports including weekly status packs and board summaries.
• Lead cross-domain reports for holistic program performance across domains.
