Job summary

Australian investment organisation seeks a Reporting and Analytics Manager to strengthen portfolio reporting and analytics. You will deliver timely reporting on portfolio performance, business trends and strategic outcomes, partnering with investment and business teams to improve data governance, analysis and presentation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in portfolio reporting or analytics.
• Experience in investment management or financial services.
• Advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and develop junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular and on-demand portfolio reporting for management, executives and Board.
• Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards and scorecards for diverse audiences.
• Analyse portfolio data to identify metrics, trends, opportunities and risks.
• Maintain data quality through reconciliations, testing, validation and controls.
• Partner with Technology and business teams to automate reporting.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Investments, Finance and Risk to deliver practical solutions.
• Mentor a junior analyst and set reporting priorities.
• Contribute to building Australia's industrial capability through reporting and analytics.
• Work across a broad portfolio engaging stakeholders organisation-wide.
• Help shape reporting and analytics capability as the organisation grows.
