Responsibilities

• Lead development of executive dashboards, reports, scorecards, and operational analytics.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Define KPIs, metrics, dimensions, and reporting hierarchies.
• Manage BI releases, enhancements, and production support.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of analytics initiatives.
• Govern enterprise KPI definitions and calculations.
• Support trend analysis, forecasting, and business insights.
• Ensure consistency of metrics across reporting platforms.
• Lead data quality validation and reconciliation activities.
• Manage BI tools such as Looker, Looker Studio, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Administer platform security, access control, and performance optimization.
• Oversee environment monitoring, upgrades, and platform governance.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and availability of BI services.
• Develop executive and leadership dashboards.
• Drive best practices in data storytelling and visualization.
• Standardize reporting templates and KPI scorecards.
• Deliver actionable insights through intuitive visual analytics.
