Job summary

Optus in Australia is seeking a Reporting Specialist to design end-to-end reporting frameworks, dashboards, and executive packs that provide clear governance across network programs. You will consolidate data from multiple domains and translate complex results into concise narratives for senior leaders.

You will work with domain leads and PMOs, tailor reports for delivery teams and steering committees, and drive consistent data cut-offs, timelines and QA checks while promoting data literacy

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program or project reporting or PMO environment.
• Experience supporting large-scale, complex programs or portfolios.
• Track record of executive-level reporting and senior leadership presentation.
• Advanced data visualisation skills with BI tools.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities; familiarity with PM platforms.
• Good understanding of program/project management methodologies.
• Ability to distill large data volumes into concise narratives.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end reporting frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards across the program portfolio.
• Produce executive reports including weekly status packs and monthly portfolio reviews.
• Lead integrated cross-domain program reports showing performance across workstreams and disciplines.
• Collaborate with domain leads to translate requirements into unified narratives for senior audiences.
• Tailor reports for audiences from delivery teams to steering committees.
• Facilitate governance rhythms with defined cut-offs, timelines, and QA checks.
