Optus, part of the Singtel group, seeks a Senior Program Compliance Specialist in Australia to partner with project teams, embed compliance frameworks, identify obligations, and track governance. You will coach managers, manage risks, and drive consistent compliance outcomes with centralized dashboards and reporting.

The role requires 5–8 years of compliance experience in a regulated consumer environment, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' compliance experience in a highly regulated industry.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep understanding of compliance frameworks and implementation across complex programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and evidence discipline.
• Exceptional communication skills to coach teams and drive compliance outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project teams to embed compliance frameworks and identify regulatory obligations.
• Maintain central dashboards for real-time project status and evidence linkage to obligations.
• Coach project managers on applying the Standard Compliance Framework and managing risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts in regulatory obligations and build program-wide capability.
