LHH ANZ is seeking a Relationship Director to profitably grow revenues for Career Transition and Mobility Solutions across Australia. You will lead new business development and expand enterprise client relationships, reporting to Sales Director, Australia & New Zealand.

This role demands a proven B2B solution seller with HR and C-level engagement, strong strategic prospecting, and the ability to collaborate across SMEs, Operations, and Delivery teams to deliver high-value solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B solution selling.
• Experience selling to HR and C-level executives.
• Strong strategic prospecting and relationship building.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop revenue growth through new business and current clients.
• Write proposals and present client pitches; lead RFP responses.
• Collaborate with SMEs and delivery teams on solutions.
• Maintain pipeline and report progress to Sales Director ANZ.
