Demand AI in Sydney seeks an Account Director to lead and grow strategic client relationships across Australia and New Zealand. This role aims to deliver measurable revenue growth, client retention and campaign success within the B2B lead generation and demand generation market.

You will act as a trusted commercial adviser, helping clients achieve pipeline goals through content syndication, ABM, intent data, event leads and targeted demand programs.

Formación

• Five+ years in B2B media, lead/demand generation or related fields.
• Proven success managing and growing enterprise client accounts.
• Strong knowledge of content syndication, MQLs/SQLs, ABM and intent data.
• Experience meeting revenue targets and handling complex negotiations.
• Familiarity with CRM and campaign reporting platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise and mid-market clients across ANZ.
• Build relationships with marketing, demand gen, sales and agencies.
• Translate client objectives into lead and demand generation programs.
• Lead business reviews and provide recommendations from performance data.
• Manage revenue growth, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Develop account plans for high-value clients and prospects.
• Represent the company at events and with channel partners.
