• 12+ years of B2B sales experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience leading sales teams across regions or countries.
• Proven success in new logo acquisition, cross-sell and market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead ANZ sales across all service lines and align with Group Commercial objectives.
• Develop and manage the regional go-to-market plans and budgets.
• Drive pipeline, targets and performance reporting with CRM discipline.
• Collaborate with partners across service lines to strengthen referrals and brand visibility.
• Manage and mentor client-facing teams, recruitment and succession planning.
