Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking an experienced HR Lead to partner with our Australia and New Zealand business through a critical period of transformation and integration. You will support about 350+ employees across ANZ, combining strong Industrial and Employee Relations expertise with strategic business partnering, leadership coaching and hands-on HR delivery.

You will manage complex employee relations matters end-to-end, and lead a direct report, an HR Business Partner.

Qualifications

• Significant HR Business Partnering or HR leadership experience in a complex, fast-moving org.
• Ability to coach leaders and strengthen leadership capability.
• Experience with industrial and employee relations in Australia/NZ is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR business partnering across Australia and New Zealand, building trusted relationships with leaders.
• Provide expert guidance on industrial and employee relations, performance management, investigations and restructures.
• Coach leaders to manage people matters confidently and enable leadership capability growth.
• Support organisational change, integration, and change adoption within ANZ.
• Partner with leaders on talent development, succession and capability planning.
