Heytea in Sydney, Australia, seeks a results-driven Business Development professional to lead strategic site acquisition and franchisee onboarding. You will research markets, manage relationships with landlords and brokers, and coordinate permit processes to support rapid expansion.

Ideal candidates will combine strong financial acumen with bilingual communication skills (English/MMandarin) to report to HQ and maximize ROI across store networks.

Formación

• Strong negotiation and real estate principles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling for P&L, BEP, ROI.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin for HQ reporting and landlord negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Network Expansion: conduct market research in core districts and high-traffic communities to drive annual expansion targets.
• Relationship Management: build networks with local developers and senior brokers to secure off-market opportunities.
• Leasing Lifecycle Management: oversee site identification, LOI negotiation and lease execution with optimized rent structures.
• Partner Management: manage franchisee selection and lifecycle to ensure brand alignment.
• Regulatory Compliance: adhere to franchising regulations and oversee FDD disclosures.
• Permitting Coordination: liaise between design/construction teams and landlords on fit-out approvals.
• Localization Strategy: monitor competitors and provide HQ with reports on site logic and rental benchmarks.
• Profitability Optimization: analyze KPIs and develop ROI-focused improvement strategies.
