Sharetea Australia is seeking a commercially driven Area Manager to lead multi-site operations and drive franchise sales growth across a designated area in Victoria. You will work with franchise partners to optimize performance and expand the network.

You will coach partners, recruit new franchisees, and develop local marketing plans to boost same-store sales. The role requires strong leadership, analytical mindset, and a proven track record in franchise development.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in multi-site management and franchise development/sales.
• Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated success in sales growth and network expansion.
• Experience working with or managing franchise networks.
• Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop site and franchise partners to deliver strong operational and financial performance
• Drive franchise sales growth, including identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new franchisees
• Partner with franchisees to implement local area marketing plans to drive same-store sales growth of 5–10% annually
• Monitor and analyse regional KPIs, implementing strategies to improve performance
• Work closely with franchisees to develop local business plans and growth initiatives
• Identify market opportunities for network expansion and execute territory growth strategies
• Ensure all franchise operations comply with brand, legal, and operational standards
• Build strong, trusted relationships with franchise partners to drive long-term success
