Job summary

Mise En Place Talent is seeking a Franchise Business Manager to drive sustainable growth across APAC by partnering with franchised restaurants in Australia. You will advise on operational excellence, sales performance, and long-term franchise success, travel to partner sites, and lead quarterly reviews to align on goals.

The role requires 5–10 years in multi-unit restaurant leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with empathy and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic advisor to the franchisees, with accountability for operational excellence, sales performance, and franchise success.
• Build trust and rapport with franchise partners to drive meaningful improvements.
• Leverage data-driven insights to grow sales, profitability, and performance.
• Ensure the brand experience remains consistent and uncompromised.
• Coach Business Partners to adopt strategies that improve sales and execution.
• Foster open communication with cross-functional stakeholders for alignment.
• Travel to partner restaurants to coach across operations, facilities, marketing, training, etc.
• Lead quarterly reviews with partners to track progress and align on goals.
• Anticipate challenges and recommend timely solutions.
• Champion best practices and share learnings across the region.
• Act as a culture champion and brand ambassador.
