RAC is seeking an experienced Project Learning & Development Lead to drive learning strategies for major change initiatives. You will lead a team of four Project Trainers, collaborate with project teams and stakeholders, and ensure frontline staff and members are ready to adopt new digital capabilities.

• Significant experience supporting large-scale business, technology, system or transformation projects through learning initiatives.
• Expertise in learning consultancy, needs analysis and instructional design.
• Experience delivering learning solutions across multiple delivery modes.
• Experience administering and leveraging Learning Management Systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership with coaching and developing others.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver project learning strategies to support business outcomes.
• Identify capability gaps and readiness for change.
• Design and implement learning solutions across multiple delivery channels.
• Lead end-to-end training delivery including planning, scheduling, communications and reporting.
• Support adoption of new systems and processes through effective learning interventions.
• Partner with project teams and stakeholders to align learning with project objectives.
• Provide leadership and coaching to a team of Project Trainers.
• Monitor and continuously improve learning programs and practices.
