Job summary

RAC WA is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead a portfolio within a complex program from its Perth base. You will collaborate with program delivery teams and business leaders to steer change activities that enable adoption and realisation of business outcomes.

You will apply established methodologies to design change approaches, manage interdependencies and advise senior stakeholders while building change capability across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience delivering change within complex programs.
• Autonomous, structured, and able to own delivery with program alignment.
• Strong strategic thinking linking change to business objectives.
• Practical expertise in change management methodologies and tools.
• Experience advising senior leaders and managing interdependencies.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of planning, development and delivery of change activity for an assigned portfolio or workstream within a complex program.
• Develop change management strategies and plans aligned with program objectives and business outcomes.
• Collaborate across program streams to understand interdependencies and coordinate change impacts.
• Advise and influence senior stakeholders, escalate risks affecting readiness or adoption.
• Create and deliver communications and engagement activities tailored to audiences.
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments to identify training and interventions required.
• Work with leaders and delivery teams to address readiness gaps and embed new ways of working.
• Coach, share knowledge and collaborate with other Change Managers and project teams.
• Deliver change management outputs that meet program, portfolio and executive requirements, tracking progress against success measures.
