Job summary

CSR is seeking a Capability & Learning Specialist based in North Ryde to coordinate and deliver learning programs, design engaging digital content, and manage our LMS. The role reports to the Learning & Development Lead and contributes to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.

You should have 2–4 years in L&D, HR or change, experience with LMS, and familiarity with Articulate 360.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, Organisational Development or Change Management.
Experience with Learning Management Systems and reporting tools.
Exposure to eLearning content development, ideally using Articulate 360 or similar platforms.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinating and delivering learning programs and training activities across the business.
Designing, creating and maintaining engaging eLearning content using Articulate Rise.
Managing day-to-day LMS activities, including enrolments, reporting and compliance tracking.
Monitoring and driving mandatory training completion in partnership with key stakeholders.
Developing learning communications, training resources and learner support materials.
Delivering and facilitating learning workshops and programs.
Contributing to and delivering change management activities associated with business transformation projects.
Developing change communications, stakeholder engagement materials and implementation plans.
