• Lead the Transformation Office, overseeing project managers, portfolio analysts and portfolio management activities.
• Maintain and improve enterprise governance arrangements to be fit for purpose.
• Embed project governance practices across the broader enterprise beyond the Transformation Office.
• Establish clear governance requirements, deliverables and stage-gate assessment criteria.
• Provide guidance on portfolio management standards, processes and practices across the organisation.
• Resume and progress governance and portfolio management initiatives to maintain momentum.
