We're looking for a Program Manager (Portfolio Governance Lead) for an urgent vacancy.

About the Role

• Lead the Transformation Office, overseeing project managers, portfolio analysts and associated portfolio management activities.
• Maintain and continuously improve established enterprise governance arrangements, ensuring they remain effective and fit for purpose.
• Extend and embed project governance practices across the broader enterprise, ensuring consistent application beyond the Transformation Office and priority programs.
• Establish clear governance requirements, deliverables and assessment criteria for each project stage and stage gate.
• Provide guidance and direction on portfolio management standards, processes and practices to support consistent governance across the organisation.
• Resume and progress key governance and portfolio management initiatives, ensuring momentum is maintained across all priority areas.

About You

• Extensive PMO and portfolio management experience, with a proven ability to lead and operate a Portfolio Management Office effectively.
• Strong enterprise governance expertise, including implementing and embedding project governance frameworks, standards, processes and stage-gate reviews.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including line management, team development and leadership of project management professionals.
• Project resource management capability, encompassing resource planning, recruitment, allocation and capacity management.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
