Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking a PMO Assurance Lead to help shape a new PMO Assurance capability within the Transformation Office. You will support corporate and digital transformation initiatives, working with senior stakeholders to deliver independent assurance, governance reviews and delivery confidence assessments.

Reporting to the PMO Assurance Manager and collaborating with project teams, you will drive governance reporting, continuous improvement, and growth of the PMO capability

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' PMO, governance or assurance experience.
• Experience with complex business or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience conducting health checks and assurance reviews.
• Experience in organisation-wide process transformation.
• Knowledge of project controls, governance and benefits management.
• Ability to report to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with strong collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver independent assurance and governance services.
• Conduct health checks and delivery confidence assessments.
• Monitor ASC policies and Transformation Office framework.
• Assess scope, schedule, financial management and risks.
• Prepare assurance reports and governance insights for leaders.
• Support identification and escalation of risks and issues.
• Contribute to PMO assurance methodologies and templates.
• Support growth of PMO capability within Transformation Office.
• Provide guidance to project and PMO practitioners.
• Support external assurance reviews when required.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Contribute to portfolio-level reporting and trends.
