Job summary

Mace in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead PMO governance, drive strategic delivery, and ensure compliant, high‑performing programme outcomes. You will manage executive and client relationships, monitor risk, quality, cost, and sustainability, and oversee budgets to support ethical, commercially sound delivery.

You will mentor and develop teams, champion inclusion and continuous improvement, and influence long‑term business strategy across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering major programmes across complex environments and lifecycles.
• Advanced expertise in governance, controls, budgeting, risk management, and contract administration.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication with senior clients and industry partners.
• Relevant degree and professional membership (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, or equivalent).

• Lead PMO governance, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-performing programme delivery aligned with strategic objectives.
• Provide strategic direction across assignments, monitoring performance, risk, quality, cost, and sustainability outcomes.
