Ambition Group Limited in Sydney seeks a Senior PMO Analyst to govern the portfolio change slate, delivering strategic insights to senior leadership and rigorous project controls across change programmes.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, drive data-led reporting, capacity planning, and budget tracking, while mentoring juniors and refining PMO methodologies to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PMO or project delivery.
• Advanced Excel with complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Strong communication to present to senior management.
• Financial services exposure is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior stakeholders and PGC for data-led reporting and prioritisation.
• Maintain capacity planning, forecast staffing across project teams.
• Track budgets, headcount, burn rates and actuals for financial reporting.
• Govern gate approvals and manage risks across Waterfall and Agile.
• Mentor juniors and refine PMO methodologies.
