Job summary

Parks Victoria is seeking a Senior leader to head the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) and drive enterprise governance, portfolio oversight and reporting. You will establish frameworks to enable effective project, program and portfolio delivery across the organisation and report to executives and the Board.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated senior leadership experience in enterprise program, portfolio or project management environments.
• Proven experience establishing, leading or maturing an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO).
• Strong expertise in governance, portfolio oversight, strategic planning and performance reporting.
• Experience delivering complex, large-scale projects and portfolios within a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Demonstrated capability preparing executive and Board-level reporting and insights.
• Postgraduate qualifications desirable and a Victorian Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Parks Victoria's Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), establishing governance and standards for delivery across the organisation.
• Provide high-quality reporting, insights and governance to support informed decision-making at Exec and Board level.
• Build organisational capability in program and portfolio management and foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistent planning, reporting and delivery approaches are embedded across Parks Victoria.
