Job summary

ASC, Australia’s submarine company, is seeking a Project Portfolio Coordinator to support governance of ASC’s end-to-end portfolio management. You will coordinate planning across stakeholders, collate data, and produce dashboards to enable informed decision-making.

You will analyse trends, risks and dependencies, maintain data quality, and contribute to governance tool improvements. This role requires security clearances and flexibility in work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio management processes and governance.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with senior stakeholders and offices.
• Experience in business case development, performance reporting, and insights generation.
• Experience in planning and balancing portfolios of programs and projects at a high level is desirable.
• Understanding of portfolio prioritisation and dependency management.

Responsibilities

• Support governance of end-to-end portfolio management processes.
• Coordinate portfolio planning across ASC stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Collate data, produce portfolio dashboards and reports; analyze trends, variances and risks.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness of portfolio data and governance artefacts.
• Continuously improve governance tools and templates.
