Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd is seeking a Governance & Assurance Compliance Coordinator to join the Governance & Assurance team based at Osborne, SA. The role supports governance, risk management, compliance and assurance activities across ASC, ensuring processes remain effective and compliant.

You will work with diverse stakeholders to monitor risks, coordinate investigations and drive continuous improvement in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, compliance, risk management, quality or assurance within a complex environment.
• Able to present information to diverse stakeholders clearly.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain governance frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Identify, assess and monitor organisational risks and maintain risk registers.
• Coordinate governance forums with agenda and minutes.
• Monitor compliance obligations and maintain compliance registers.
• Support investigations into compliance breaches and governance matters.
• Implement governance initiatives to strengthen effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure risk controls and compliance.
• Communicate regulatory and governance changes and assess impacts.
