Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, delivery and reporting of complex maintenance and asset management projects. You will work with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, monitor progress and manage risks to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires strong communication and experience in project scheduling, cost tracking and governance reporting, with Defence/maritime exposure highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience in project management.
• Experience supporting projects in a complex or regulated environment.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of scheduling, risk management, cost tracking and reporting.
• Desirable: Defence, maritime, construction or asset-intensive sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution and delivery of project activities across multiple lifecycles.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs to meet milestones, schedules and deliverables.
• Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, reporting and performance monitoring.
• Identify project risks, issues and dependencies, and support mitigation activities.
• Prepare governance reports and stakeholder updates.
• Maintain project documentation, action registers and change records.
• Monitor scope readiness, including material availability, engineering inputs and planning requirements.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to a high-performing project environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project processes, tools and delivery outcomes.
