Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC) in Melbourne seeks a Manager – Strategy & Performance to join the Strategy & Risk team on a full-time, ongoing basis. You will report to the Director – Strategy & Risk, guiding senior leaders to embed strategic plans and drive measurable performance across the organisation.

Responsibilities include facilitating strategic planning, coordinating external performance reporting and audits, and leading the development of the annual report.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience facilitating business and strategic planning and integrating into risk frameworks.
• Experience developing performance measures, monitoring processes and reports.
• Strong communication skills to influence senior leaders and drive planning and performance management.

Aufgaben

• Facilitating organisational strategic and business planning processes.
• Monitoring organisational performance and coordinating external reporting and audits, including annual report production.
• Partnering with senior leaders to drive a culture of high performance through regular performance management and progress reviews.
• Embed IBAC Strategy by developing and reporting measurable actions to achieve strategic objectives.
