IBAC is seeking a Strategic Advisor to the Executive Director Operations in Melbourne. The role provides high-level strategic, policy and advisory support to influence priorities and organisational direction within Victoria's integrity system.

You will work closely with the Executive Team, coordinating complex initiatives and contributing to operational priorities, risk governance and reform outcomes.

Formación

• Ability to shape strategic direction with strong governance understanding.
• Proven experience delivering complex operations or investigations in an operational setting.
• Strong executive advisory capability and credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary projects with reform outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for briefs and policy submissions.
• Tertiary qualifications in public policy, law or related field.
• Australian citizenship and security clearance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide authoritative strategic advice on operational priorities and integrity system matters.
• Lead and coordinate sensitive strategic projects aligned with organisational objectives.
• Partner with senior executives to influence priorities and inform decisions.
• Represent the Executive Director - Operations in high-level forums and taskforces.
