Job summary

IBAC is seeking an Executive Director, Transformation and Reform to spearhead enterprise-wide transformation, report to the CEO, and sit on the Executive Leadership Team in Melbourne. The role will drive the future-state vision, integrated roadmap, and operating model redesign while ensuring delivery of reform initiatives.

You will lead reform workstreams from concept to delivery, establish and guide a small team, and advise the executive on priorities, risks, and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide transformation of IBAC and create the future-state vision.
• Develop an integrated roadmap and redesign the operating model with the CEO.
• Personally lead reform workstreams from concept to delivery.
• Establish and lead a small team and advise the executive on priorities, risks and trade-offs.
• Maintain statutory functions throughout and hand reform outcomes to business owners.
