Job summary

IBAC is seeking a Manager – Strategy & Performance to join the Strategy & Risk team on a full-time ongoing basis in Melbourne. You will support senior leaders in delivering clear strategy and direction, embedding strategic and annual plans across IBAC.

Key duties include facilitating planning, monitoring performance, coordinating external reporting/audits, and driving a culture of high performance through regular reviews and measurable actions.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating business and strategic planning and integrating into risk frameworks.
• Ability to develop effective performance measures, monitoring processes and reports.
• Strong communication skills to influence senior leaders and drive planning and performance management.
• Experience in a public sector or similar operating environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate organisational strategic and business planning processes.
• Monitor performance, coordinate external reporting and audits, and manage annual report production.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive a high-performance culture with regular reviews.
• Embed strategy through measurable actions and cross-organisational buy-in.
