IBAC in Victoria is seeking a Strategic Policy & Research Officer to join the Prevention Policy & Research team on a full-time ongoing basis. The role will develop strategic policy advice and write reports addressing corruption and police misconduct risks within Victoria.

You will prepare authoritative briefings and high-quality reports for decision-makers, and build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen prevention initiatives.

Qualificações

• Policy skills demonstrated in developing, analysing and resolving complex policy issues.
• High level written and verbal skills in policy and report writing, analysis and briefing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop authoritative briefings, correspondence and advice on complex policy issues to strengthen corruption prevention in the Victorian public sector.
• Prepare high-quality reports (including public reports) and deliver briefings to executive decision-makers.
• Provide analysis and advice to senior management on policy implications and develop recommendations.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
