Box Hill Institute is seeking a Senior Organisation Development Specialist to lead high-impact initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, workforce performance and employee engagement across the Institute. You will partner with leaders to shape workforce capability and deliver practical solutions that drive organisational success.

In this senior OD role, you will design, deliver and evaluate organisation-wide programs spanning leadership development, talent and succession management,

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Organisational Psychology, HR or related field are required.
• Working with Children Check is required.
• National Police Check is required.
• Experience designing and delivering organisation development initiatives in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate organisation-wide programs across leadership development, talent and succession management, learning and development, and employee engagement.
• Lead high-impact initiatives to strengthen leadership capability and workforce performance.
• Provide expert advice to senior stakeholders and partner with leaders across diverse areas.
• Facilitate workshops and drive projects from concept to implementation and evaluation.
• Use data and insights to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence across the organisation.
