Job summary

Talison Lithium is seeking an Organisational Development Specialist to design, deliver and evaluate strategies that enhance leadership capability, engagement and culture across the workforce. The role partners with HRBPs and leaders to diagnose needs, coordinate programs and strengthen overall performance.

Responsibilities include facilitating leadership programs, driving team effectiveness, and supporting capability frameworks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in organisational development, learning and development, leadership development, culture and engagement.
• Experience in designing, coordinating, facilitating and evaluating development programs and workshops.
• Knowledge of contemporary organisational development principles and change management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, delivery and evaluation of organisational development initiatives.
• Coordinate leadership programs, workshops and engagement activities.
• Support capability frameworks, talent reviews and performance tools.
• Analyse data to identify trends and sustain program improvements.
• Assist with change management through stakeholder engagement and reporting.
