Box Hill Institute is seeking an experienced Organisation Development Specialist to lead capability, engagement and culture initiatives across the Institute. You will work with People & Culture, leaders and stakeholders to design and deliver programs spanning culture, capability and employee experience, turning insights into practical solutions that help teams perform at their best.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Psychology or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in organisational development, learning and development, culture, engagement or change initiatives.
• Working With Children Check
• National Police Check

Responsibilities

• Deliver capability, engagement and organisational development initiatives.
• Support talent and leadership development initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to provide trusted advice and practical solutions to improve performance.
• Design and deliver learning programs and change initiatives.
• Analyse workforce insights and contribute to strategic recommendations.
• Support workforce planning and organisational effectiveness activities.
